Your primary
engagement partner.
One organisation to engage, one umbrella over everything beneath it. You are not assembling a consortium, chasing three suppliers for a price, or hoping the design and delivery teams ever spoke to each other.
What one engagement partner means in practice
A single point of accountability
You engage WantedX. We hold the design, the response, the commercial construct and — on award — the delivery contract as prime. Every partner behind the solution is managed by us, not by you.
Design, solutions and delivery in one place
The architecture, the AI-native components that fill it, the business case that funds it and the team that implements it all sit under the same roof — so nothing is lost in the handover between them.
From requirement to running system
We do not stop at the submission. On award the same architects who designed the response govern the build, the integration, the cutover and the support model that follows.
The engagement lifecycle
Six stages, scaled to the size of the decision.
The architects who design the response in stage 3 are the design authority through stage 6. The same team carries the solution from interpretation to production. Nothing is re-explained at a handover, and nothing bid in stage 5 becomes someone else's problem in stage 6.
Three levels of adaptation
Any solution we design in is available at three levels, so you pay for exactly the degree of customisation the requirement justifies.
Built by our group or an assured ecosystem partner — never resold foreign product. Clients enter at the level their requirement justifies, and can move up a level as the solution matures. The level changes how much is tailored, never where it was built.
One agreement.
One SLA. One party answerable.
WantedX contracts as prime — however many partners sit behind the solution. Partner relationships are back-to-back subcontracts held by us, so a multi-party solution never becomes a multi-party negotiation for you.
All of our services are delivered remotely by design. Removing travel, premises and geographic constraint from our cost base lets us price competitively against far larger firms while accessing scarce senior skills wherever they are.
Project-based, or as-and-when
Project-based for a defined response or programme, priced to the deliverable. Or an as-and-when retainer, which gives smaller ICT businesses standing access to architecture competency without carrying it on payroll — you draw on it for the bid in front of you and stand it down when the response is submitted.
Our architects and engineers are key enablers of the products and services we offer — they are not sold as individual resourcing. WantedX is not a body shop or a staff-augmentation supplier. There is no rate card and no CV pack. You engage us for an outcome, and we deploy an accountable team against a defined deliverable for the duration of the engagement.
Ready to scope an engagement?
Tell us the outcome you need and the constraints around it. We will come back with a shape, a timeline and an honest view of the risk.
I have a bid to answer
An RFI, RFP, RFQ or proposal with a deadline on it. Send us the solicitation and we will tell you honestly whether it is winnable.
StartI cannot employ an architect
An SMME ICT provider that keeps declining work it could deliver. Draw on the competency as and when the bid arrives.
StartI am writing the RFP
Define the requirement, model the investment and write a solicitation the market can actually answer precisely.
StartI built something good
An AI-native product enterprises would buy if they knew it existed. The ecosystem is open, and it is judged on the product.
StartNot sure which?
Tell us the outcome
and the constraints.
We will come back with a shape, a timeline and an honest view of the risk — before anyone signs anything.
