The website is information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes what WantedX does. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or professional advice on your specific circumstances. An engagement begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
The AI agent
The agent is a first-line assistant. It answers from a written brief about WantedX and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing it says binds WantedX — not a price, a timeline, a scope, a capability claim or a commercial term. Where an answer matters, an architect will confirm it in writing. Do not send confidential or personally sensitive material through the agent; use the contact form or email instead.
Intellectual property
The content, structure, design and code of this site belong to WantedX or its licensors. Product names, brands and solutions described here belong to their respective owners — including the ecosystem partners whose intellectual property WantedX designs in and integrates but does not own. You may read, print and quote this site with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or use it to train a model without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through any form or the agent.
- Do not scrape, overload, or automate submissions. Rate limits apply and are enforced.
Third-party links and embeds
Videos are embedded from YouTube and load only when you click play. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, WantedX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
